Before embarking on the rehabilitation of Gangu Beach on Lake Kanyaboli, Tree Adoption Foundation engaged local stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and expectations. Key participants included the Beach Management Unit (BMU), local administration, and various community members and stakeholders operating at the beach.
